Kemp Klein is the Finish Line Sponsor of Common Ground's Ride 2 End Suicide

Kemp Klein is proud to serve as the Finish Line Sponsor for Common Ground’s 2026 Ride 2 End Suicide, an annual community bicycle ride supporting suicide awareness, prevention, education, and mental health crisis services throughout Southeast Michigan.

The event will take place on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at Stony Creek Metropark and brings together survivors, families, friends, advocates, and community supporters to raise awareness and help fund lifesaving suicide prevention programs. Riders of all ages and abilities are welcome, with a scenic paved route beginning at the Eastwood Beach Shelter.

As part of our continued partnership with Common Ground, Kemp Klein is also participating with our fundraising team, the Kemp Klein Krusers, to help support this important cause. Team members, family, friends, and supporters are encouraged to join the ride, contribute to the fundraiser, or help spread awareness throughout the community.

For those unable to attend in person, supporters can still participate by “virtually riding” through a donation to the Kemp Klein Krusers team page. Every contribution helps Common Ground continue providing critical services including crisis response, suicide prevention, behavioral health support, and access to the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

At Kemp Klein, we believe supporting organizations like Common Ground is an important way to strengthen our communities and help those facing difficult times. We are honored to continue supporting their mission and the meaningful impact they make every day.

Kemp Klein Sponsors 2026 Make-A-Wish Fundraiser with The Learning Experience

Kemp Klein is proud to sponsor the 2026 Make-A-Wish Topgolf Fundraiser with The Learning Experience, continuing our ongoing commitment to supporting children and families facing critical illnesses. This event reflects a shared mission to bring hope, strength, and joy to those who need it most, while strengthening the sense of community that makes initiatives like this possible.

Make-A-Wish creates life-changing experiences for children during some of the most challenging times in their lives. A single wish can provide emotional healing, create lasting memories, and offer families a powerful sense of positivity and support. These experiences not only impact the children themselves, but also their families and support systems, offering moments of relief, happiness, and connection during incredibly difficult circumstances.

Through the Make-A-Wish Topgolf Fundraiser, The Learning Experience continues its strong partnership with Make-A-Wish, working to raise meaningful support for children in our local community. After achieving its fundraising goals in previous years, this year’s campaign aims to continue that momentum by generating critical funding that helps grant wishes and create unforgettable experiences for deserving children and their families.

Kemp Klein is honored to contribute to this meaningful cause and to stand alongside The Learning Experience in helping make a difference locally. We believe that supporting initiatives like this goes beyond sponsorship—it is an opportunity to be part of something that has a lasting and meaningful impact on the lives of others.

Kemp Klein Is Partnering With Lighthouse on the 2025 Great Thanksgiving Food Fight

This Thanksgiving season, Kemp Klein Law Firm is proud to stand with Lighthouse, a local nonprofit that provides food, shelter, housing assistance, and other essential support to thousands of families across our community each year.

We’re participating in the Great Thanksgiving Food Fight—a friendly challenge among local businesses to raise funds that will fill holiday food boxes for families in need. Every dollar collected helps bring comfort, nourishment, and hope to a neighbor right here at home.

Lighthouse is committed to providing Thanksgiving meals to local families in need, and this peer-to-peer fundraiser plays a crucial role in supporting that effort. The 2026 Great Thanksgiving Food Fight is a spirited competition among local law firms that has raised more than $40,000 and collected over 4,000 pounds of food since its launch. Contributions help ensure each food box is balanced and includes fresh ingredients such as produce, dairy, and protein—making a meaningful difference during the holiday season and beyond.

Please consider contributing to Kemp Klein Law Firm’s fundraising effort and sharing our campaign with friends and family. Together, we can help more families gather around the table with a good meal and a little extra joy this holiday season.

Brian Jenney is sponsoring MPC Marine Pollution Control Riding Team at Zoo-De-Mack Bike Race Mackinaw City

The Zoo-de-Mackinac is a collection of outdoor enthusiasts (2,500-4,000) who want to enjoy a little physical exercise together in one of the most beautiful areas in the state of Michigan. The bike ride starts Saturday morning at The Highlands Resort (Formerly Boyne Highlands) and spans 51 miles along Lake Michigan on a paved road with very little automobile traffic. Riders pedal through rolling countryside and trillium covered forests, along sandy beaches, and are surrounded by breathtaking views of Lake Michigan from 400′ high bluffs. The ride continues on to Mackinaw City, where Arnold Transit Ferry (purchased additionally during registration) will take riders over to Mackinac Island for more festivities

From May 16-18, 2025, Team Marine Pollution Control will ride past breathtaking vistas of Lake Michigan as it raises funds for a clean water future right here in Metro Detroit with Friends of the Rouge.

Brian Jenney is a silver sponsor of the MPC Riding Team. His sponsorship empowers area residents to plant trees; monitor frog, toad, fish & bugs; participate in hands-on science at the river, build land & water trails; experience river recreation; create new rain gardens; and plant new wildlife habitat. All for cleaner air, less flooding, and a cleaner Rouge River.
