Klara A. Zierk is a litigation and estate planning attorney at Kemp Klein Law Firm. Her practice focuses on Probate, Estate, and Trust Administration, as well as Probate, Estate, and Trust Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Business and Corporate Planning, and Family Law/Domestic Relations.  She is committed to providing zealous advocacy to her clients and calmly navigating them through complex legal problems.

Klara is a graduate of Indiana University, Robert H. McKinney School of Law where she received a certificate in Health Law. While in law school, Klara contributed to the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review as the Executive Note Development Editor and the Executive Managing Editor. She was also a member of her school’s Moot Court Team and worked for the Indiana Attorney General’s Office. While in law school, Klara pursued a dual degree program, earning her master’s degree in public health, also from Indiana University.

Klara is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan (Wayne County). She is licensed to practice in all Michigan courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and all federal courts in Indiana.

Klara is a member of the Business Law, Litigation, Probate and Estate Planning, and Real Property Law Sections of the State Bar of Michigan. She is also a member of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan.
