Kemp Klein is proud to once again sponsor and participate in Scarecrow Row at Troy Historic Village. This year, members of the Kemp Klein team worked together to create a scarecrow inspired by Susan B. Anthony.
Susan B. Anthony was a leading figure in the women’s suffrage movement and dedicated much of her life to advancing women’s rights, including the right to vote. Our 2026 display recognizes her determination, leadership and lasting impact on American civic life.

Each year, Scarecrow Row features creative displays sponsored by local businesses and organizations. Proceeds from the event support the Troy Historical Society’s work to preserve Troy Historic Village and provide educational programs, workshops, guided tours and community events.
The scarecrows will be displayed throughout October near Troy Historic Village along Wattles and Livernois Roads in Troy, Michigan.

While visiting this year’s Scarecrow Row, members of our team also had the opportunity to explore Troy Historic Village. The Village features 11 buildings surrounding a gazebo and green, with collections and stories highlighting Troy’s settlement during the 1800s and its growth throughout the 1900s.

Scarecrow Row is displayed around the perimeter of the Village along Wattles and Livernois Roads. Because the scarecrows are located outside the Village fence, visitors can view them free of charge at any time. The 2026 displays will remain in place through November 4.
